Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, drive occupancy, and manage financial performance. You will supervise onsite staff, coordinate leasing, and maintain resident relations to ensure service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting acumen, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualificações

• 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage property financial performance: rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs.
• Oversee resident relations and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and assist with annual budgets.
• Audit lease files and maintain regular documentation.
