WRH Realty Services, LLC. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a multi-unit community, manage budgets, leasing, and staff performance.

The role focuses on optimizing occupancy, income, and property value through effective marketing, operation oversight, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of residential property management experience, with knowledge of Fair Housing and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in residential property management, with knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO.
• Proven leadership experience in building a team and leading others.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook and YARDi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of running a multi-unit residential community, including budgets and leasing.
• Create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy and value.
• Hire, train, motivate, and counsel staff; ensure accountability for results.
• Monitor financial operations and pursue cost control and revenue improvement.
• Direct marketing activities and stay informed on local market conditions.
• Ensure timely rent collection and compliance with landlord/tenant laws.
• Tour the property, oversee maintenance, and support emergency measures as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Director.
