WRH Realty Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager with daily operations, resident satisfaction, and lease administration. You will help maintain the rent roll, process move-ins and move-outs, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across the community.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and excellent verbal and written communication.
• 2 years' experience in property management.
• Proficiency in using software applications and search engines to engage residents and prospects.
• High school diploma required; some college coursework advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident lifecycle activities.
• Manage accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, deposits, and balance rent roll.
• Complete system reports accurately and timely.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Lease apartments as needed and handle move-ins/move-outs.
