Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in residential property management.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and EEO laws.
• Proven leadership experience in building and guiding a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, leasing, resident services, and maintenance for a multi-unit property.
• Develop marketing and management programs to maximize occupancy and value.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and reward staff; monitor financial operations.
• Direct marketing, rent collections, and ensure compliance with landlord/tenant statutes.
