Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience in multifamily community management.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage leasing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies and referrals.
• Collects rents, forecasts requirements, analyzes variances, and plans expenditures.
• Maintains property by resolving tenant complaints and coordinating repairs.
• Secures property by enforcing safety policies and responding to emergencies.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data.
