ZRS Management, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, compile market data, and assist in preparing for advancement to Property Manager. You will collect rent, file evictions when needed, process applications, audit move-ins, and ensure billing accuracy while supporting budget goals and resident relations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and 1+ year of property management experience.

Formación

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications ensuring proof of income and community qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Maintain residents' scheduled billing accuracy and budget adherence.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and escalated service requests.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and uploading bills for approval.
• Help maximize resident renewals and coordinate resident functions.
