Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams, manage rent collections, and assist in budgeting and reporting. You will work closely with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and revenue goals, handle applications, and ensure compliance with community guidelines.

The role involves coordinating with residents, processing renewals, and occasionally working one weekend per month. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year in property management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Compile, understand and utilize market information on an ongoing basis.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours.
• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• Review applications and verify proof of income; ensure qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure documents are uploaded.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting, bills, and coding; upload for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues; escalate when needed.
• Support Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• May need to work one weekend per month.
