This full-time role focuses on rent collection, evictions, application review, move-in auditing, and supporting budgeted occupancy while delivering strong customer service and coordinating with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience.
• High school diploma required; higher education in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and assist Leasing Consultants with leasing tasks.
• Collect rent promptly and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Review and approve applications and verify income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Assist with leasing tours and resident events as needed.
• Take escalated service requests and uphold customer service standards.
• Work with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
