Job summary

SDHC Building Opportunities Inc. is seeking an on-site Property Manager within the Real Estate Operations division.

The role involves day-to-day management of SDHC-owned rental properties, coordinating staff and contractors, and ensuring lease administration and occupancy targets are met. You will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate budgets and marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with HUD, state, and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of basic property management rules and regulations.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
• Experience with rent administration, lease administration, and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties with residents and staff.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze cash flow and expenditures.
• Review rental applications, leases, renewals and evictions as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and make-ready units to meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and housing programs.
