Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ property management experience.
• Experience with property management software (RealPage preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage financial goals and communicate outcomes to owners and stakeholders.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and adhere to budgets.
• Collaborate with residents and service teams to maintain positive relations.
• Prepare for board meetings and coordinate with Home Office and Resident Services.
• Ensure rent collection and occupancy targets meet scorecard standards.
• Oversee maintenance requests and safety/compliance with policies.
• Lead staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
