The role requires knowledge of property management rules, prioritizing work, supervising maintenance staff, reviewing rental applications, and coordinating budgets and marketing to maintain occupancy.

Qualifications

• Completion of the twelfth grade and two years of property or apartment management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned SDHC rental units, including lease administration.
• Supervise maintenance staff, review staff performance and coordinate trainings.
• Screen and approve rental applications, explain leases, and prepare terminations.
• Develop lease renewal strategies to maintain occupancy and market units effectively.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and vendor contracts; ensure compliance with policies.
