Qualifications

• Minimum of one year on-site property management experience.
• Ability to meet KPI targets and supervise staff.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, lease-up, recertifications and rent processing.
• Supervise onsite staff including Assistant Property Manager and maintenance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage budgets and reports.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and fair housing laws.
• Coordinate health, safety and emergency planning as needed.
