Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations for our Oregon properties. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and service excellence while managing budgets and supplier contracts.

You will lead a team, recruit and coach staff, and implement effective marketing plans to attract residents, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and coaching to develop staff.
• Implement strategic marketing to attract residents and meet client expectations.
• Coordinate safety, risk management, and emergency response planning.
