Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident relations at a California site. You will drive leasing, maintain budgets, and partner with maintenance teams to ensure excellent service for residents and clients.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of lease cycles, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce knowledge preferred; Yardi Voyager knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Coordinate supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and providing coaching for staff.
• Implement and monitor marketing plans to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and landlord rules.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and assist with risk management.
