Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations and deliver excellent resident experiences. This role focuses on lease administration, maintenance oversight, and strong client service across properties.

You will lead a team, manage vendor contracts, and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety at the property level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage leases, rent collection, delinquency, and marketing per standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver excellence.
• Execute the property marketing plan to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Maintain safety, emergency plans, and risk management.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
