Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager to oversee operations, lease administration, and resident experience at a property in Oregon. The role requires 2–3 years in property management, strong customer service and leadership skills, and a real estate license is preferred in some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection and delinquencies.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and performance development.
• Execute marketing plans to attract/retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate offices.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Drive excellent customer service and incident resolution.
