Drucker + Falk in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing activities and property operations under the Regional Property Manager. You will supervise staff, hire/terminate as needed, prepare leases, and ensure residents enjoy a well-maintained community.

The role includes marketing the apartment community, budget collaboration, and maintaining records. Travel is required; strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree (preferred) or 2 year associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years general, full-time business experience.
• 3 years experience in Property Management.

Responsabilités

• Assist in leasing apartments.
• Prepare process and sign all leases and related forms.
• Assist in collection of rents and handle delinquency matters.
• Maintain necessary records of all financial transactions for the property.
• Supervise outside contractors working on the property.
• Establish schedules and assign personnel for routine maintenance.
