Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to run daily property operations, boost resident satisfaction, and manage lease administration, rent collection, and marketing within company standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management with strong organizational and communication skills, plus knowledge of Salesforce or Yardi and MS Office. A driving license is required in many locations, and a real estate license may be preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• One to two years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or a similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management), property P&L, and property marketing according to company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, give corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Create a climate where associates are motivated, communicating a shared vision and providing coaching and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and issues and liaise with residents and corporate office on maintenance and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
