Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction at its properties. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and drive marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and property marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and develop associates by communicating a shared vision and providing coaching.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate with residents and corporate on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Develop site disaster and evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims and risk management initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
