Avenue5 Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing, ensuring resident satisfaction and strong client service. You will lead staff, manage budgets, and implement safety and compliance standards across the property.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency in standard software tools.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years in property management required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred; Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day‑to‑day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Ensure client expectations are met and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Coach and develop associates while communicating a clear vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and landlord rules.
