Avenue5 Residential, LLC offers a Property Manager role overseeing day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and reporting to ensure resident satisfaction and strong property performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, 1–2 years in direct management, and knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities. Real estate license preferred; Salesforce/Yardi experience beneficial. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, and property marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff as needed.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve a shared vision and development.
• Execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Oversee safety records, loss claims, and risk management.
