Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager in the United States to oversee financial performance, leasing, and staff. The role requires at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi.

Qualifications

• 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management and accounting software; Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.
• May require a valid driver’s license and state license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance by managing rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs for max occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Train and coach onsite staff.
• Manage leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgeting with Regional Property Manager.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and forecasts.
• Audit lease files and ensure policy adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
