Job summary

Galman Group is seeking a sensational full-time Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, maximize occupancy, and coordinate on-site staff, vendors, and resources to achieve regional objectives.

Working with the Regional Manager, you’ll help prepare budgets, ensure rent collection and accurate reporting, supervise leasing and maintenance, and maintain strong resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree desirable.
• Prior Property Management Experience preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred but not required.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales Skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• Understanding of computer systems, web applications and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and coordinate staff, vendors and resources.
• Assist in budgeting with Regional Manager and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate reporting to corporate office.
• Conduct evictions, utility cut-offs and liens as required on delinquent rents.
• Train, supervise, hire and terminate on-site staff in coordination with Regional Manager.
