Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is a plus.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• CAM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in all facets of property operations.
• Assist with leasing, budgeting, reporting and financial tasks.
• Maintain occupancy and property values.
• Prepare resident communications and rent-related notices.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws.
• Represent the community to prospective residents.
