Job summary

The Galman Group is seeking a sensational full-time Property Manager to oversee all property operations in a dynamic environment in Montgomery County, PA. You will coordinate people, activities, and resources to maximize occupancy and property values, under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

You will ensure compliance with housing laws, manage budgets with the regional manager, and supervise on-site staff, with responsibilities including leasing, safety training, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred.
• CAM certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
• Understanding of computer systems, web applications and software.
• Performs duties under pressure and meets deadlines; works independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA).
• Assist in annual budget formation with regional manager within budget guidelines.
• Oversee rent collection and timely deposits; report to corporate daily.
• Handle evictions and delinquent rents as required.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications; approve invoices per policy.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff with regional input.
• Provide ongoing staff training on leasing, safety, and procedures.
• Ensure lease files are complete and leases are executed properly.
• Open offices on schedule; maintain office and model apartments.
• Attend corporate management meetings and report regularly to corporate office.
• Maintain records of management activity and generate required reports.
• Maintain positive customer service attitude with residents.
