Job summary

The Galman Group is seeking a sensational full-time Property Manager in Pennsylvania. The role is accountable for all property operations, aiming to maximize occupancy levels and property values.

You will work with the Regional Manager to manage budgets, supervise on-site staff, coordinate leasing, and ensure timely rent collections, deposits, and inspections while maintaining strong tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily properties preferred.
• CAM certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-service oriented environments.
• Familiarity with property-related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on time and deposits posted daily.
• Assist in budgeting with Regional Manager and stay within guidelines.
• Train, supervise, and hire on-site staff.
• Coordinate maintenance and makeready with maintenance teams.
• Prepare and submit reports to corporate office regularly.
