Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead staff, manage budgets, leasing, and maintenance, ensuring service quality and compliance with laws and company policies.

You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies, supervising maintenance, and coordinating with owners and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing apartment communities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rent, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage on-site service providers.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and renewal processes; enforce lease terms.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing and leasing strategies.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise on-site staff and train employees to company standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property.
