Job summary

Galman Group is seeking a sensational full-time Property Manager to oversee operations across communities. You will manage budgets, maximize occupancy, and coordinate on-site teams to meet property objectives set by the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include rent collection, vendor communications, staff supervision, and maintaining lease compliance while delivering exceptional resident service. The role demands strong leadership in a fast-paced environment and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting and financial oversight capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate vendors and contractors.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and budgeting with Regional Manager.
• Ensure rents are collected and deposits posted promptly; report activity to corporate.
• Supervise and train on-site staff and coordinate vendor communications and schedules.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain lease and occupancy records.
• Monitor market conditions and work to maximize occupancy and property value.
