Galman Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in property administration, leasing, maintenance, and operations. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy and property value while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and other applicable laws.
• Support in monthly variance reporting and financial reporting for the Community Manager.
• Help develop and monitor property budgets to keep operating within guidelines.
• Assist in annual operating budget planning for assigned properties.
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests and repairs.
• Prepare resident welcome packages and rent increase notices.
• Maintain resident information and security access records.
• Greet residents and prospective residents; handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Contribute to resident events and curb appeal of the community.
