Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a stabilized Mid-Rise apartment community. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, leasing, maintenance, and owner communications to meet financial and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities include budget development, rent collection, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with housing laws, safety standards, and company policies. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing and evaluating financial statements and operating reports.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting rents, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices from vendors and service providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Controls expenditures by staying within the approved budget and managing petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement and renewal processes, inspections, and notices as required by the lease.
