Galman Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager in Newark, DE to lead on-site operations, manage staff, and maximize occupancy and property values.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager on budgets, oversee lease administration, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is preferred.
• CMS or property software experience is a plus.
• CAM certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall property operations and coordinate staff and resources.
• Assist in budgeting alongside Regional Manager and stay within budget guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted promptly; manage bank deposits.
• Handle evictions, utility cut-offs, and liens as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and manage invoices per policies.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Conduct regular training for leasing and safety procedures.
• Maintain lease files and ensure proper execution of leases.
• Open office on schedule and maintain model apartments.
• Attend corporate management meetings and report activity.
