Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Denver to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction. You will manage staff, contracts, and reporting to ensure efficient performance and positive client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive mindset. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a dedication to safety and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead a team by communicating a shared vision and providing feedback.
