Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager in Nashville to lead the day-to-day operations of a property, optimize resident satisfaction, and manage lease administration, marketing, and financials. You will recruit and coach staff and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.

You will build a positive environment for residents and teammates, applying strong organizational and communication skills to maintain high service levels and a safe, compliant property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities and rental processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, delinquency, and marketing.
• Recruit, interview, and support staff development.
• Coordinate safety, risk management and loss prevention initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to landlord rules and service standards.
