Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a designated community in Lacey, WA. You will drive leasing, marketing, financial management and staff supervision to ensure resident satisfaction and strong performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multifamily property management, proficiency with Yardi Voyager and related tools, and a commitment to integrity, teamwork, and customer service. This role requires on-site work and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager; experience with CRM IQ, RentCafe, and HappyCo preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must work in-person on premises; remote work not available.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff; provide training and coaching.
• Review lease applications for policy compliance and standards.
• Maintain high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
• Stay informed about market conditions to optimize performance.
• Manage revenue and controllable expenses, including delinquency control.
• Provide exceptional resident service and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare financial and marketing reports for stakeholders.
