Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales or related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years in property management or equivalent supervisory role.
• Strong marketing and resident services skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all community operations to ensure quality services and high resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide feedback to associates.
• Develop and administer community budget and annual marketing plan.
• Oversee leasing activities and inspect property performance.
