Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead a high-performing team at a Class A asset with 300+ units. You will drive operations, budgeting, and leasing while ensuring exceptional resident relations and adherence to Fair Housing laws.

We seek a proactive leader with strong communication skills who mentors staff, balances income and expenses, and delivers referral-worthy customer experiences in a best-in-class environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience managing a Class A asset around 300+ units.
• Supervisory experience: hiring, training and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices including Fair Housing laws, leasing, rent collection, evictions, and accounting software.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses to optimize results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a property management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and financial performance of a Class A asset (>300 units).
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and property management best practices.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and safety compliance.
• Drive process improvements and uphold company standards and customer service.
