Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a Property Manager to lead Aventon Cary, a Class A+ luxury asset, ensuring top-tier service and strong financial performance.

3+ years in residential property management, supervisory experience, and knowledge of OneSite/Ops Technology are required. The role emphasizes team leadership, operational excellence, and customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience managing a Class A+ Luxury Asset.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, resident relations, leasing and rent collection.
• Knowledge of property management software including OneSite and Ops Technology.
