Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing teams and manage day-to-day property operations. You will collect rent, review applications, and ensure compliance with lease and budget processes.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager, handle escalated service issues, and help maximize occupancy while maintaining resident satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Strong computer, verbal, math and reasoning skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• Review and approve applications; check proof of income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents and payments are in order.
• Assist with leasing and take tours; handle escalated service requests.
• Help meet occupancy and leasing goals and support budget delivery.
