Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our apartment communities. You will focus on resident service while maximizing revenue and reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will lead leasing, maintenance coordination, and admin staff, implement marketing plans, and ensure timely work orders and move-ins. A valid driver's license is required. On-site role in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities.
• Provide exceptional resident service and maximize revenue potential.
• Lead leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Hire, train and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and admin staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and move-ins.
