Invitation Homes in Tempe, Arizona seeks a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver high-level resident support in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries in person or by phone, assist with property issues and move-in processes, and liaise with housing authorities as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, experience in property management admin or customer service, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; knowledge of property

Qualifications

• High school or GED completion.
• Proven experience in Property Management administration or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; familiarity with property management software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a courteous, professional manner.
• Address property issues and conduct general property condition assessments.
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails to support a smooth move-in.
• Assist with Public Housing Agency applications and communication with the Housing Authority.
• Perform outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations.
