Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management in Glendale, CA to deliver high-level resident service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist residents in person or by phone, handle property issues, and support move-in experiences.

Responsibilities include processing Public Housing Agency applications, outbound rent delinquency calls, and coordinating with HOA rules while maintaining a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; experience using property management software is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication and calm handling of advanced calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or over the phone in a professional manner.
• Handle property issues and conduct property condition assessments.
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Process Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with the Housing Authority.
• Perform outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations.
• Review and manage all action items on the task list.
