You will assist residents, handle property issues, and process applications while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor and accurate records. A high school diploma or GED and solid computer skills are required. This role offers growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; knowledge of property management software is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle high-volume calls calmly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a professional manner.
• Handle property issues and assess general property condition.
• Complete resident welcome calls and emails for a smooth move-in.
• Assist in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communicate with the Housing Authority.
• Perform outbound delinquency calls for rent collections and address HOA violations.
• Review and manage action items on the applicable task list.
