ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager responsible for motivating Leasing Consultants and overseeing property operations.

This full-time position requires excellent organizational skills, knowledge of property management practices, and the ability to address resident needs effectively. You'll enjoy competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Formación

• Valid Drivers License.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions and understand local laws.
• Issue lease violations and ensure community guidelines.
• Review and approve applications.
• Audit move-ins and manage leasing documents.
• Ensure residents' billing is correct.
• Complete monthly reports.
• Assist in preparing and uploading bills for approval.
• Resolve resident situations before escalation.
• Assist with leasing and take tours.

Excellent computer skills

Effective time management

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge of property management software

Educación

High school diploma

Post-secondary preferred in business or property management
