Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. You will collect rent, enforce guidelines, review applications, and audit move-ins while coordinating with the property team to meet occupancy and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent promptly and ensure revenue posting accuracy.
• File evictions when applicable and comply with local laws.
• Review applications and ensure income proof meets guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure leasing documents are uploaded.
• Ensure residents' billing is correct and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours.
• Work with the team to meet budgeted occupancy and leasing goals.
• May require one weekend per month.
