Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to lead leasing support and help drive occupancy goals. You will collect rents, review applications, and ensure all leasing documents are accurate while working closely with the Property Manager.

The role requires strong client service, problem-solving, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in budgeting, reporting, and coordinating resident events, with the flexibility to work occasional weekends to

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications and ensure proof of income meets qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies are paid and documents are uploaded.
• Assist with leasing and property tours as needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet customer service standards.
• Support budgeting and billing processes; assist in preparing and uploading bills for approval.
• Help maximize resident renewals and host resident functions when appropriate.
