Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC work, and proactive upkeep. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and clean driving record are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds as directed.
• Carpentry tasks include wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and tile repair.
• Undertake preventative maintenance such as painting, lighting, siding, and safety checks.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and amenities to uphold safety and cleanliness.
