Responsibilities include repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, plus preventive maintenance and safety compliance. A valid driver's license and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain work order system and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management following company rules.
