Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Arden Woods to address apartment and property maintenance duties while delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining curb appeal.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and grounds, manage work orders, assist with emergencies, and uphold safety and company standards. A valid driver's license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year of property maintenance or related experience.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Commitment to safety and customer service standards.

Responsabilités

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC as needed.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, door/lock repair.
• Execute proactive maintenance including painting, lighting, and grounds upkeep.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies (snow, fires, floods) and after-hours on-call duties.
• Promote safety and risk management in line with company policies.
