Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties while delivering high-quality customer service and curb appeal at our Temple, TX property under Avenue5 supervision.

The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance, plus safety compliance and after-hours emergency support. A valid driver’s license and basic English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry duties: wallboard repair, cabinet replacement, window and door repair.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues needing maintenance or replacement.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and other weather-related events.
• Communicate promptly with maintenance leadership about issues at the property.
• Promote safety and risk management in accordance with regulations.
