Bell Partners Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties at a residential community in Florida. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, painting, and basic carpentry under supervision, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience and basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. High school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work varying shifts including

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in some communities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly
• Maintain resident privacy and secure access as required
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and attend trainings as assigned
